Don't rush to assign an Agent to every step: How to build a multi-project content system

Abstract Each site has multiple content projects, and every project goes through topic selection, data collection, content integration, writing, translation, review, and publishing. The most natural design seems to be assigning an Agent to every step. However, the number of Agents does not equal system capability. The truly difficult parts are: who decides project priorities, where information is stored, how source conflicts are handled, which version can be made public, and whether it can safely retry after failure. The direction I am currently taking is: Site Master Agent → Project Coordination Agent → Reusable Professional Agent Pool → Tools, CMS, Database, and Publishing Workflow
